Expectations & Etiquette

For Clinical procedures a pre-booked appointment is necessary.

For clinical treatments and party bookings, a credit/debit card number will be required to secure your booking.

Please let us know if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. 50% of the treatment cost will be charged for all Beauty appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Cancellations of Clinical Procedures within a 24 hour window will be charged at full price.

Etiquette

No Children are allowed on the premises unless being treated by an attending Therapist.

All customers and patients are required to complete a consultation form prior to treatments.

All courses of treatments are to be completed within 6 months of the date of Purchase, and pre-paid courses are non-refundable.

Gift vouchers are to be redeemed within 3 months. After specified time 10% will be deducted from the gift value.

No tinting will be undertaken without a sensitivity test 24 hours prior to treatment.

There may be occasion to perform sensitivity tests prior to other Treatments this again will need to be performed 24 hours prior to Treatments.

On some occasions we may ask you to keep the noise levels to a minimum to allow our customers to have the full benefits of some of our treatments.

If you arrive late we will always try to be flexible and will endeavour to give full treatment times where possible, but it may be necessary to shorten treatment times or move appointments. Please be advised that the full treatment cost will still be applied.

Male Treatments

All treatments will be performed in a Professional manner, no disrespect to the staff will be tolerated. If the staff are abused or disrespected in an improper manner your bill will be due in full and you will be asked to leave the premises. Your details will be passed to the necessary authorities.
